Join global leaders at this half-day conference to exchange best practices with companies embracing diversity and initiating inclusive cultures, and to connect with women and men paving the way in their industries.
FEW Japan is proud to be a Partner Network of the 7th Japan WINConference, taking place in Tokyo on June 2, 2017, at Tokyo Women’s Plaza. This half-day event will provide attendees with inspiration, knowledge, practical tools, and contacts to help them succeed and prepare for the future. Its aim is to help participants lead the way and support others that do so too. WIN will inspire and accompany attendees on their journey as integrated global, authentic and feminine leaders. FEW Members can also attend the conference at the special discounted rate.*
This year’s conference theme is ‘Creating a Flourishing Future.’ Japan is near a tipping point when it comes to women, work-life balance and diversity and inclusion in the workplace. In the spirit of collaboration and global understanding, WIN convenes leaders to exchange best practices on leading the way and supporting those that create a future that will benefit everyone. Join the conference to connect with dynamic women and men, and immerse yourself in the conference’s plenaries, workshops and networking sessions.
WIN asks: Who are the individuals and organizations leading the way with purpose, creating work places with meaning, and developing societies where everyone has the freedom of choice in a world in which we all flourish? WIN also looks at how and why you are called to step up and create the future or actively support those who do.
