Mentoring Moments Senpai Dinner: Mindfulness for Work, Life and Leadership

Join us for the first of our new Mentoring Moments Senpai Dinner series exclusively for FEW members! This month, Jodi Harris of World Tree Coaching, LLC., and Yoga Instructor and Holistic Wellness coach Ann-Katrin van Schie will answer questions on how to find balance and incorporate mindfulness into your daily professional and personal lives.

Tuesday February 27th / 19:00 - 21:00 / ¥2000 (FEW Members Only)

Join us for the first of our new Mentoring Moments Senpai Dinner series exclusively for FEW members to ask questions to our FEW member experts regarding featured personal and professional topics. The event will happen every other month of the FEW year and will provide FEW member mentors (“Senpai”) with the opportunity to share their knowledge or expertise in a given area with fellow members as a way of giving back to the community.

This month, we have invited Jodi Harris of World Tree Coaching, LLC., and Yoga Instructor and Holistic Wellness coach Ann-Katrin van Schie to answer questions on how to find balance and incorporate mindfulness into your daily professional and personal lives. This is not a workshop, but rather a conversation over dinner in an intimate atmosphere of 8 women. Catering and wine will be provided by Le Pain Quotidien.

Ann-Katrin is a German-Swedish mother of three and has been in Tokyo for 2.5 years. Prior, she lived in Belgium, Singapore, Egypt and repatriated to Germany. She is a Yoga Instructor and Holistic Wellness Coach who enjoys family time, jogging and meeting with like-minded people across the globe.  With her company At Ease, she works as a coach with females for emotional support when living abroad and as a Yoga teacher she enjoys especially working with beginners and Yoga doubters. Her approach to coaching, yoga and her blog all fall under the umbrella of bringing a sense of ease to others. A mindful approach in daily life plays a big part in that. She is looking forward to talking more about this at the dinner!
