FURLA Yoga –  New Schedule in September! Join Noriko for bi-lingual all-level Hatha Yoga classes!FURLA Yoga

September brings a few schedule changes to FURLA yoga! You are invited to join Noriko, who taught for our FEW event in July, for bilingual all-level Hatha Yoga classes on Thursday mornings, 9:30-11:00am, or Friday afternoons 4:30-6:00pm. Noriko also teaches Restorative Yoga once per month in English and Japanese–come to the studio for a restful, refreshing evening practice. September Restorative Yoga is on the 7th, 7:30-9:00pm. Remember, your attendance at FURLA yoga is always discounted when you show your FEW card!
