Claim Your Confidence Through Intuitive Image Making | Event Recap

OCT-P2P-1

FEW’s October Peer to Peer session was facilitated by Paige Baldwin Ando, a writer and creativity coach who helps people from around the world maximize their creative potential. Whether that means building your business, writing a novel, or filling an art gallery with paintings, Paige helps you tap into your gifts and share them confidently with the world. She is the founder of Whole Self Creative and the co-host of The Creativity Cafe podcast.

Paige took us through an intuitive image making session which is also called visual journaling. This process is a practice of building confidence through taking action. Intuitive image making is an exploration via images. It is led by intuition and is rooted in the body and is guided by your inner wisdom. This process is a way to connect with yourself, it helps you go beyond the surface level and dive deep to the core of what you really want people to know about who you are. We can access a deeper part of ourselves through this process.
