Plus: We are pulling back the curtain on our upcoming calendar, including the reveal of our FEWture conference in June 2027! We want your voice to shape it.

Want to apply for a leadership role on our Board of Directors, pitch a 15-minute masterclass for next year's stage, or pilot a new member-led Community Circle (like a seasonal book club or Tokyo pub quiz night)? We want to make it happen!

Celebrate the Solstice with Community

Come enjoy a refreshing summer drink at the beautiful Impact HUB Tokyo, connect deeply with mission-driven women, and leave with a clear strategy for your summer goals.

Secure your spot today, bring your big ideas, and let’s kick off the season together!

Rewrite Your Inner Story, Transform Your Life

We all carry inner stories — the silent narratives that shape how we see ourselves, others, and the world. Some stories empower us, while others quietly limit our potential. In this transformative workshop, you’ll learn how to recognize, rewrite, and realign your inner narrative using powerful tools from Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Sophrology.

Through guided exercises, visualization, gentle body awareness, and mindful language shifts, you will:

  • Identify the unconscious patterns that hold you back
  • Reconnect with your authentic values and strengths
  • Learn how to consciously reshape your self-talk and beliefs
  • Cultivate calm, confidence, and clarity for lasting change
  • By changing your inner story, you change the way you experience your life.

Join us for a journey of awareness, release, and renewal — and step into the next chapter of your life with intention and ease.

What to Bring:

We will be in a Minami Azabu community center, Arisu Iki-iki Plaza, for this workshop. Please bring your own water and we recommend bringing along a paper and pen.

Where We Left Off...

In Autumn, we started the ROGUE process; downloading our resentments, mapping them in a constellation, and sitting with the truths we hadn't said out loud. We oriented ourselves inside the system.

That was the brave part.

Now comes the beautiful part.

The Framework

R

Resentments

We explored our bitter parts without shame.

We listed them, sat with them, and let them be real.

O

Orientation

We mapped the constellation.

We saw the whole system clearly and asked:

What needs to change?

G

Gorgeous

We take the real and make it radiant.

We reimagine the constellation as entirely ideal — filled with beauty, optimism, and possibility.

What glimmers already exist?

U

Unbothered

What if you had already done everything you needed to do? What if there is literally nothing left to achieve your end-game?

We write from that place — first person, highest dream, completely unrealistic.

E

Everyone

When you go rogue it ripples outward.

Who do you need to enlist? Who are your allies?

At every level, develop skills, mindset, and spirit — and offer it back into the collective.

"I know exactly what to do. I may not know it yet — but I am clear in my vision. The only thing stopping me is how much of a good girl I am."

The ROGUE Framework

What This Session Holds

You have already done the hardest part; you told the truth.

Now we lift it.

You will leave with:

→ A clear snapshot of your current situation and the constellation around it

→ A dream scenario; your situation reimagined as ideal, then pushed further

→ An unbridled vision; your highest, most unrealistic imagining, written in first person

→ First steps; a tiny turtle step, a heroic step, and one rogue move

International Women's Day 2026

You don't need permission to tell your story. But sometimes it helps to have some company.

If you've been thinking sharing your story and showing up online, this is the workshop for you.

Maybe you navigated a massive career shift, learned a lesson the messy way in Japan, or have creative work sitting in your drafts folder.

What if this year, you finally hit publish?

This International Women's Day, FEW Japan is creating space for women ready to put their story in the spotlight.

Sun. March 15th, 2026 2pm-4pm JST

Hybrid event at Code Chrysalis in Tokyo / on Zoom

FEW Japan Members and non-Member women in Japan

¥1,000 for Members of FEW Japan, ¥2,000 for non-members. Attending on Zoom is free.

What to Expect

We'll kickoff with a brief panel conversation with women who've built meaningful online presences by showing up as themselves. We'll explore questions like:

  • What was the first thing you ever shared publicly, and how did it feel?
  • What's something you almost didn't post — but did anyway?
  • What would you tell someone who's been sitting on a story or idea for months?

Then we'll move to small groups where you'll discuss different storytelling formats (creative writing, LinkedIn reflections, creativity on Instagram) and discover what feels right for your story.

You'll leave with something concrete — a good dose of inspiration, plus a plan you can actually act on.

This workshop is for women like you

  • You've been meaning to start a blog, newsletter, a book, or YouTube channel but keep putting it off
  • You have something to share on LinkedIn but worry it's "too much"
  • You've written something personal but can't bring yourself to post it
  • You want to promote your book, project, or business but feel uncomfortable with self-promotion
  • You're not sure which platform or format fits your voice
  • You just need someone to tell you: Yes, your story matters. Yes, people want to hear it.

Who's facilitating?

We're bringing together a diverse panel of women who've found their voices across different platforms and mediums. Guest speakers will be announced soon — watch this space and follow us on LinkedIn!

Connecting to the Body Through Natural Wisdom

How can listening to the body through natural wisdom reduce stress and chronic pain?

In stressful situations, we often distance ourselves from the signals our body shares and respond automatically. This automatic response is influenced by various factors, including psychological, educational, and cultural elements but tends to be learned over time, with each person leaning on different behaviors to cope. While each of these behaviors serve a purpose, many of us wish we could respond differently.

In this workshop, Karen Carmeli, a Holistic Therapist, Focusing Trainer, and Parenting Consultant, will explain and guide through fun and straightforward breathing and somatic movement exercises, how listening to the body can help us to become aware of these automatic responses, allowing us to be more present, make different decisions, find peace of mind, and even reduce chronic pain.

Each of us has an inner wisdom within our bodies, and this workshop provides each attendee the chance to tune back in to that wisdom while sharing stories, finding new insights, and supporting one another's journeys - at any career or life stage.

Whether you're seeking mentorship, looking to expand your professional circle, or simply craving a bit more community, we invite you to join us for this special evening.

See you there!

Create Your 2026 Vision Board

Vision boarding transforms ideas and intentions into something tangible you can see every day. By combining images, words, and symbols that represent what you want to feel, do, or achieve, you create a visual reminder that focuses your energy and inspires meaningful action.

As the leaves begin to turn and the season invites reflection, we're coming together in a welcoming space to nurture meaningful conversations and genuine connections.

This venue provides the perfect backdrop for us to share stories, exchange insights, and support one another's journeys — at any career or life stage.

Whether you're seeking mentorship, looking to expand your professional circle, or simply craving a bit more community, we invite you to join us for this special afternoon.

See you there!

What to Expect

  • A short, guided introduction to vision boarding and how it supports clarity and focus
  • Time to cut, arrange, and create your personal vision board
  • Gentle reflection prompts to help you access what truly matters
  • A friendly, supportive, no-pressure environment—this is about self-discovery, not artistic skill

Why Vision Boarding Works:

  • Clarifies what really matters and cuts through mental noise
  • Keeps your goals front-of-mind through daily visual reminders
  • Engages your creative, intuitive side—making future planning feel energizing instead of overwhelming

What This Session Is NOT:

  • Not a drawing or craft class
  • Not about making a "perfect" or Instagram-worthy board
  • Not prescriptive—your board is unique to you

What to Bring:

Jennifer will provide magazines, glue, and scissors. If you have any of the following, please bring them along (optional but appreciated):

  • Personal images, quotes, or printouts you'd like to use
  • A cardboard base (the inside of an Amazon box works perfectly!)
  • Your own scissors (helpful with a group)
