Circles of Connection: The 2026 FEW Shinnenkai
Kick off 2026 with an evening of collaboration, inspiration, and meaningful connection
This year’s FEW Japan Shinnenkai 2026 returns to what we do best: holding space to build genuine community. Centered on the theme “Circles of Connection,” the evening is designed to create opportunities for deeper relationships, thoughtful dialogue, and lasting impact across the community.
It's Officially Here!
We're bringing our circles together this January; welcome to the all-gender Shinnenkai 2026.
This year, we’re returning to what we do best: holding space to build meaningful community. We’ve listened closely to our members, and one message has come through loud and clear, again and again: more opportunities to build lasting connections and create real community impact.
With that in mind, we warmly invite you to join us as we celebrate the new year with members, and non-members alike. This is a fresh opportunity to strengthen our communities and create spaces where we can all truly thrive.
The theme of this year’s Shinnenkai is “Circles of Connection.” Expect intimate, deep-dive table discussions led by our corporate and non-profit members, designed to spark conversation, collaboration, and genuine connection.
Our Celebration Shout-Out Corner will spotlight the incredible achievements of women in our community throughout 2025. Big or small, every success deserves to be seen - let’s shine a light on them together.
Start the year with inspiration, presence, and celebration. This year, we’re opening our doors wider to ensure more women can access FEW Japan, so please share this event with your own communities. Let’s fill the room with amazing women and allies.
We can’t wait to welcome you into the circle!
