A Community with History
Founded in 1981, FEW has been connecting and empowering women in Japan for more than four decades. What began as a small community for women looking to build connections has grown into a diverse network of women from around the world.
While the world around us has changed, our purpose hasn't: creating a welcoming community where women can meet, support one another and grow together.
Today, FEW continues that tradition, bringing women together through events, learning opportunities, social activities and meaningful connections.

A year of peer-to-peer learning, professional development talks, personal growth and wellbeing workshops, entrepreneur meetups, and a Shinenkai themed "Circles of Connection," plus collaboration with Startup Lady.
