Hands-on Skills-Building / Holistic Well-being Workshops

Lower Your Expectations To Raise Your Game

Sasuga! Communications

Aiming for average is not typical advice you’d receive if you want to accomplish everything you do. But it turns out if you shift your mindset, work less, and become kinder to yourself, you can achieve surprisingly more than you imagined with greater ease.

This intimate, reflective, and active workshop will teach you how lowering your expectations can help you raise your game. By the end of the workshop, you can expect to i) take home new perspectives and possibilities for less effort and more impact thanks to the wisdom in the room, ii) understand practical ways you can lower your expectations to raise your game, iii) feel reassured that you can actually put what you learned into practice because you have a better understanding of what really works for you.

Relationships by Design

Sarah Furuya Creative

What if you could tap into the innate creativity, intelligence and personality of your relationships to guide you toward “right relationship”? We are constantly in ever-emerging relationships with everything around us. There are signals coming in all the time, from sometimes unexpected places, in our family, work, teams, companies, marriages, friendships, groups and networks. We can listen to and communicate with these signals to discover more information if we just know how to access them.

In this interactive Workshop, Sarah Furuya of SF Creative & Coaching will take you through a series of activities to explore: i) 3 types of relationship intelligence and how to play with them in your daily life, ii) 3 levels of reality and “quantam flirts”, and moving in and out of them skillfully, iii) getting creative with the tiniest steps towards getting into right relationship.
