This is our last Virtual Lunch before taking a break for the summer. We are delighted to welcome Corinn Wilson as our member host to share her curated list of recommendations and reviews of great books centering personal/professional development to random discovery. Many FEW members are established or newly published authors. Please join us to share your work, make recommendations and help enlighten us to build an exciting summer reading list!
Corinn Wilson is currently a participant in the Teach Abroad program hosted by Phoenix Sister Cities, a non-profit affiliate of Sister Cities International. She serves as an Assistant Language Teacher for two Junior High Schools located in the Himeji City metropolitan area. Prior to this, she was an Academic Success Coordinator with the Office of Global Outreach & Extended Education in the Ira. A Fulton Schools of Engineering at Arizona State University, where she managed and served as the primary academic advisor for two online graduate engineering programs. Her previous experience also includes serving as the Program Director for Sponsored Student Programs at the University of Arizona as well as an Academic Advisor for Saudi Arabian scholarship students studying abroad in the U.S. In addition to helping students, she has worked alongside foreign officials, sponsors, and governmental agencies, helping them develop policies and programs that best support their students while studying abroad in the U.S.
