Description: It is already a year into their journey with Mom in Balance Tokyo! A busy year for Tanja and Julie adding new workout locations in Tokyo and Yokohama to the training schedule, organising workshops around well-being with other female entrepreneurs and most importantly grew their community of active and inspiring moms (to be). This would not have been possible without the support of their team of 4 trainers, the inspiring women that join the workouts no matter what and the larger Mom in Balance community! The perfect reason to celebrate and invite members, family, friends and the whole Mom in Balance community for a free anniversary event on May 25th in Yoyogi Park starting from 10.00!
It will be a free workout session, including some nice surprises and healthy snacks and drinks. The workout will accommodate the different workout programs of Mom in Balance: a workout for pregnant, a Back in Shape workout for all women having given birth recently and a MPower workout for all the other energetic women who like a challenge. The trainers will make sure to adapt each exercise to the participants levels, so that everyone can enjoy the workout at her own pace.
Note: Babysitter service is available upon request for an additional fee of 800 yen. (Our babysitters are hired through Carefinder.jp and all have professional experience even with very young babies.)
