An Evening of Reflection, Honesty, & Renewal for Members Across Japan

On December 18th, 2025, FEW members gathered both in person and online for an intimate evening of reflection, honesty, and renewal at Part One of our Peer-to-Peer programme: ROGUE – Transforming Resentment into Renewal. This session marked FEW’s first-ever hybrid Peer-to-Peer event, creating a shared space where members could connect deeply—whether joining from home or together at our venue in central Tokyo.

The evening focused on transforming resentment from something we suppress into something we can learn from, work with, and ultimately use to strengthen our boundaries and wellbeing.

Guided by Sarah Furuya, participants were introduced to the first half of her ROGUE framework; a structured yet deeply human approach to boundary-setting that blends psychology, systems thinking, and reflective practice. Rather than pushing for positivity or quick fixes, Sarah encouraged the group to slow down, listen deeply, and treat resentment not as a failure, but as meaningful information pointing toward change.

Throughout the evening, participants were invited into moments of reflection alongside opportunities to be heard and supported by their peers. In small, intimate groupings, members shared openly and listened deeply, reinforcing the power of peer connection and reminding participants that this work doesn’t need to be done alone.

As the session unfolded, participants were supported in noticing patterns, imagining new possibilities, and gently questioning the internal and external systems that shape how we work, relate, and care for ourselves. Across both the physical room and the online space, the tone remained reflective, validating, and deeply connected, leaving many participants feeling seen, supported, and less alone.

Overwhelming Gratitude

A heartfelt thank you to Sarah Furuya for her continued commitment to fostering community within FEW and for holding such a thoughtful, grounded space, which is no small feat in a hybrid setting.

We are also deeply grateful to the FEW members who showed up with openness, courage, and generosity. Your willingness to reflect honestly is what makes this community so powerful.

Don't Miss Part Two!

ROGUE is a two-part Peer-to-Peer experience, designed to unfold over time rather than in a single session. The second ROGUE session will take place later in the Peer-to-Peer series, as part of our broader Mind, Body, and Connection theme for this year. Together, these sessions invite members to explore not only what’s contributing to burnout, but how we can rebuild sustainable ways of caring for ourselves—through support, perspective, and community.

We're excited for our members, both new and old, to continue the journey with us and join upcoming Peer-to-Peer sessions as the series unfolds.

Online on Zoom.

At our 1st Members' Meeting, we're focused on renewal. Learn to transform the way you experience your life by re-wiring the stories your mind tells you. By reshaping self-talk and limiting beliefs, reconnect with your voice, values, and confidence.

Rewrite Your Inner Story, Transform Your Life

We all carry inner stories — the silent narratives that shape how we see ourselves, others, and the world. Some stories empower us, while others quietly limit our potential. In this transformative workshop, you’ll learn how to recognize, rewrite, and realign your inner narrative using powerful tools from Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Sophrology.

Through guided exercises, visualization, gentle body awareness, and mindful language shifts, you will:

  • Identify the unconscious patterns that hold you back
  • Reconnect with your authentic values and strengths
  • Learn how to consciously reshape your self-talk and beliefs
  • Cultivate calm, confidence, and clarity for lasting change

By changing your inner story, you change the way you experience your life.

Join us for a journey of awareness, release, and renewal — and step into the next chapter of your life with intention and ease.

Event Recap

An Evening of Reflection & Connection

On October 30th, we gathered virtually for our first Member's Meeting of the 2025-2026 "Resilience & Renewal" year. Certified sophorologist Gaëlle Chatenet, fellow FEW Japan member, led a transformative exploration to identify a restricting inner story and then guided each member in how to rewrite it. To release whatever is holding us back and envision ourselves beyond that story.

“I realized it wasn’t just me… I wasn’t alone”

Gaëlle’s shared her own inspiring story with FEW members. She discovered sophrology during a physically traumatic accident that happened to her on the way to her baby shower. A day that was meant to be filled with love and smiles started one of the most challenging periods of her life. During that time Gaëlle found sophrology to be a powerful tool for healing and growth. She now shares her story and expertise to help others.

For Gaëlle, she was struck by the honesty and trust within the group “It was such a joy to meet the members of FEW and share a space for reflection and growth together. The workshop felt like a warm circle of trust,  a safe place to explore our stories and the meanings we’ve given them.”

At the end of the session, members reflected on the feelings that emerged since rewriting their stories. A communal sense of calmness and mutuality - not feeling alone.

It reminded us of the quiet power of storytelling. When we speak our truths and listen deeply, transformation begins.

Join us for Part Two

Couldn’t join us for this event? Don't worry, the FEW team are busy organizing part two, a follow-up session, in the new year!

A heartfelt thank you to Gaëlle for her wisdom, vulnerability, and expert guidance. And to all our members who showed up with open hearts because your courage to explore, share, and grow together is what makes this community truly special.

One final message from Gaëlle:

"The story you tell yourself shapes the life you live. Change the story, and you transform your world."

Event Recap

A Revival of FEW Japan’s Networking Magic… With A Fresh Autumn Twist!

On October 5th, we hosted our Autumn Networking event at the beautiful TOMOSUBA Community Lounge in Tokyo, marking the first regional gathering of our 2025-2026 "Resilience & Renewal" year. The modern, welcoming space buzzed with energy as nearly 60 women from across Tokyo came together for an afternoon of genuine connection and community building.

A Warm Welcome

We were thrilled to welcome special guests from Women of the World, adding even more diversity to our already vibrant community. Throughout the afternoon, the flexible lounge space transformed into a hub of laughter, meaningful conversations, and new friendships forming in real time.

Autumn Mix & Match: Connection Through Color

The highlight of the afternoon was our interactive "Autumn Mix & Match" speed networking activity – three rounds of structured conversations designed to spark authentic dialogue:

Round 1: Colorful Harvest – Participants found their autumn color match and shared what they were "harvesting" this year (skills, connections, or insights gained) and what they hoped to "plant" before year's end.

Round 2: Autumn Opposites – Finding the opposite color, attendees explored how their professional backgrounds differed from expectations and discovered curiosity about industries they knew nothing about.

Round 3: Birthday Seasons – Matching birthday months, participants reflected on interesting insights from the afternoon and considered what "season" their professional life was experiencing.

This thoughtful structure moved conversations beyond typical small talk, and encouraged attendees to speak with people they have never met before.

More Time to Connect

Following the structured activities, the event opened into free networking time. Women continued conversations over refreshments, exchanged contact information, and explored potential collaborations.

We also took time to introduce the 2025-2026 Board of Directors and share our annual theme of "Resilience & Renewal" – emphasizing authentic connection and collaborative support as we move into this new chapter together.

Huge Thanks All Around

A heartfelt thank you to all our individual and corporate members for investing in our mission. Your support makes events like these possible and helps us continue building a community where English-speaking women in Japan can connect and thrive.

We're grateful to everyone who joined us for this warm autumn gathering. It was wonderful to welcome potential new members into the FEW community, and we look forward to seeing familiar faces and new ones at our upcoming events throughout the year!

Special thanks to TOMOSUBA for sharing their space, and to JUSTICE, 16 TYPE, and Yumm Cupcake Bakery for their generous donations that made this event extra special.

What’s Next?

The afternoon concluded with exciting announcements about upcoming FEW Japan events, including our next regional networking event in Kyoto in November. We're actively seeking community members to help co-host this Kansai gathering!

You asked for it – we brought FEW Japan’s networking magic back to life, in person!

On June 1st, we hosted a Women’s Networking in Tokyo regional gathering at the Good Heavens! Pub in Shimokitazawa. Throughout the afternoon, the cozy pub was filled with laughter and lively chatter. It was such a joy to welcome new faces and reconnect with familiar ones.

We kicked off the event with a colorful and creative activity. As attendees entered, they were handed three post-it notes to respond to the prompts:

“What I Do,” “What I Need,” and “How I Can Help Others”.

These notes offered an instant glimpse into the diversity of women who were in the room. The networking continued with a Bingo Card Challenge that ran throughout the event. The goal? Talk to as many people as possible and find women who matched the squares on your card. The first 10 to score a bingo won some exciting prizes!

To keep the conversations flowing, we also introduced a ‘Speed Networking’ activity, where each person was given a card with five thought-provoking questions to discuss with someone new. It was a great way to go beyond small talk and build real, meaningful connections.

And of course, we ended with a prize draw! Attendees who dropped in their business cards got the chance to win a Starbucks Gift Card. Congratulations to our two lucky winners!

It was such a joy to welcome potential new members into the FEW community. We look forward to doing it all again soon!

For ALL women and girls: Rights. Equality. Empowerment.

What you Missed…

For this International Women’s Rights’ Month, FEW Japan partnered up with Women in Tech Global - Japan Chapter to go “Full STEAM Ahead” and discuss how to accelerate action for women in Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics sectors. We couldn’t be prouder of how it turned out!

Thanks to Impact Hub Tokyo, our guests gathered and discussed for about an hour with delicious food and drinks before we dived into the conversation. We first had a wonderful keynote address from Tomoko Mitsuoka, who represents Japan at the Global AI Ethics Institute in Paris. She showed us how different the Japanese perception of AI was from the Western one, and how much our use of AI and technology in a broader context is rooted in cultural factors. Take the representation of AI in Western movies: the robots take over the world, and we all die. In the Japanese context? Anime, manga… AI is progress! But ethics when it comes to AI is not understood the same in all cultures. Hence the dire -and urgent!- need for us all to educate ourselves and use critical thinking, as well as our ethics, when we reflect on AI… or ask ChatGPT to write our next email!

IMG_6066

We then welcomed our wonderful panelists and explored together how we can accelerate action for women in STEAM sectors. How can we attract them to and educate them in STEAM sectors? How can we make sure to succeed as women in STEAM? How can we empower other women? Of course, we had to give you their key takeaways.

  1. Navigating Identity in Japan – Cecilia shared her experience as a woman of color in Japan, highlighting the challenge of navigating both foreign and local professional communities. Her advice: assert yourself and turn disadvantages into strengths.
  2. Breaking Bias in Entrepreneurship – Apolline recounted her journey as a half-Japanese, half-French entrepreneur in Japan. She emphasized the importance of overcoming internalized bias and challenging societal norms around caregiving and professional identity.
  3. Gender Stereotypes in Tech – Kumiko discussed the stark gender imbalance in Japan’s tech industry, comparing it with her experiences abroad. She stressed the need for systemic change, inclusive policies, and challenging the "Rikejo" stereotype of women in STEM.
  4. Career Growth & Sponsorship – Kristina, with 30 years of experience in Japan, highlighted the importance of sponsorship over mentorship. She urged women to seek advocates in leadership roles to support their advancement.
  5. Attracting Women to STEAM – Kumiko and Cecilia emphasized the power of representation, mentorship, and confidence-building to counteract cultural expectations that dissuade young girls from pursuing STEAM careers.
  6. Self-Advocacy & Visibility – Apolline reminded us that women often do invisible work. She encouraged active self-promotion, challenging perfectionism, and making bold career moves. Special tip! Use the 20-80% rule: put 20% of your energy in creating your contents, and 80% in promoting it!
  7. Building Inclusive Workplaces – The panelists underscored the need for workplaces to accommodate diverse needs, including parental responsibilities, and emphasized the importance of flexible policies to retain women in STEAM.
  8. The Role of Mentorship – Creating strong peer and mentor networks was a recurring theme. Cecilia and Kumiko shared how initiatives like Lean In Circles and Diversity Cafés can foster inclusive spaces. You should do the same in your workspace, and wherever you can!

The Future of Women in STEAM – While challenges persist, the panelists were optimistic about Japan’s policy shifts and the changing perspectives of younger generations. They even told us how we can use some of Japan’s patriarchal cultural aspects to our own advantage! More on that later…

P1450316

About our panelists:

  1. Apolline Daimaru, with a decade of experience ranging from managing global brands to building her own venture, is cofounder of nowthen, a brand and product design studio that helps startups unlock growth through design.
  2. Cecilia Grandi-Nagashiro, an academic coordinator and communications specialist, wears many hats for The University of Tokyo, ranging from public relations innovation to DEI progress, without forgetting sustainability.
  3. Kumiko Morita, who began her career at NTT Docomo, where she co-founded the first circle for women’s empowerment, LEAN IN, joined Waffle, an association who trains girls and young women in tech sectors,  as a full-time member, responsible for corporate partnerships and policy advocacy.
  4. Kristina Janjetic, is active as a training instructor for growth thinking and amplified leadership, as well as a mentor for the WITJ (Women in Technology Japan) community, having had a rich career in tech in Japan.

And because we know you want more of that knowledge, here are some hot tips…

Exclusive Community Tips: Mastering Leadership & Overcoming Mental Barriers

  • Apolline’s “Menstrual Mapping” for Productivity: She advises tracking one’s menstrual cycle to understand peak energy periods and schedule important meetings or creative work accordingly. For instance, during the follicular phase (after menstruation), cognitive abilities are sharper, making it ideal for strategic planning.
  • Kristina’s “Overcoming the Fixed Mindset”: She recommends adopting a Growth Mindset by reframing failure as a learning opportunity and asking for feedback as often as possible—even negative feedback—to build resilience and normalize constructive criticism.
  • Cecilia’s “Leveraging Cultural Norms for Change”: She suggests using Japan’s strong hierarchical structures to an advantage. Many senior male leaders see themselves as protectors of women—rather than rejecting this outdated notion outright, women can redirect it towards meaningful advocacy, such as encouraging them to sponsor and mentor women in leadership.
  • Kumiko’s “Policy as a Long-Term Lever for Inclusion”: Cultural evolution is a gradual process, but Japan’s bureaucratic structure ensures that once a policy is established, it has permanent power. Women in STEAM should actively push for workplace policies on equal hiring, flexible work arrangements, and leadership training—these policies may take time, but they can create lasting, institutionalized change.

4th Workshop of our Annual Peer-to-Peer [P2P] Empowerment Online Sessions

Facilitators: Madeleine Hoffmann and Jennifer Shinkai [Co-hosts: Stephanie Napier & Emily Donkin]

On May 29th, FEW Japan hosted the fourth (and last!) session of our 2024-2025 Peer-2-Peer series: “Celebrate Yourself: #IAmRemarkable”, facilitated by the remarkable duo, Madeleine Hoffmann and Jennifer Shinkai. Speaking about our own achievements doesn’t always come naturally. It often brings hesitation rooted in fear or judgement or the belief that our accomplishments aren't worthy of recognition. But Madeleine and Jennifer approached the topic with empathy and insight, making it easy for participants to open up, explore the power of recognition, and celebrate their achievements no matter how big or small.

Rooted in a global movement launched by Anna Vainer and Anna Zapesochini at Google in 2016, #IAmRemarkable encourages people of all genders, races, and identities to speak openly about their accomplishments and challenge the societal discomfort around self-promotion. As of March 2025, the initiative has reached 700,000+ participants from 130 countries with over 3,000+ active facilitators delivering the workshop worldwide.

The session began with two powerful questions:

“Why is recognizing and sharing your achievements important?”,

and

“Why have you hesitated to share your achievements?”

These thought-provoking questions led to honest reflections in which participants expressed fear of being judged. But both facilitators reminded us that: it’s not bragging if it’s based on facts and our accomplishments don’t always speak for themselves

The session also dug deep into how identity-based stereotypes like race, gender, age, and ability can shape how others perceive our competence. Whether it’s being judged by an accent or being questioned about the achievements of others because of our implicit biases, these experiences lead to internal barriers that create an environment where speaking up can be difficult for some people. As participants continued to share personal experiences and reflections, Jennifer reminded us that inclusion drives real impact.

In a powerful journaling exercise, participants were asked to write down the statement:

I am remarkable because…,

and reflect on either personal or professional wins. What followed was an uplifting round of sharing, where courage met vulnerability and community. Madeleine also mentioned the importance of not only recognizing our own achievements but to also “make it a habit to recognize and vocalize achievements and strengths of those around us.”

The session ended with practice exercises that participants can carry with them:

  • Achievement Tracker: Keep track of your accomplishments. You may create an achievement box to remind yourself what you have achieved/overcome for a rainy day to bring sunshine and a rainbow back to your life. This could also take the form of a folder in your emails to accumulate positive feedback from others or achievements.
  • Remarkable Wednesdays: Get a group of friends/colleagues to share an achievement out loud every Wednesday.
  • Practice and Act: Continuously review and edit your #IAmRemarkable statements to make them more authentic and powerful. Practice saying them out loud.
  • Stretch Goal: Identify someone you’re hesitant to share your achievements with and make it a goal to do so!

We’re deeply thankful to Madeleine and Jennifer for facilitating such a thoughtful and empowering workshop and to everyone who shared and listened with open hearts. The workshop was a wonderful reminder that celebrating our strengths is not only an act of self-acknowledgement, but also a powerful way to build confidence, embrace our worth, and discover just how remarkable we truly are.

3rd Workshop of our Annual Peer-to-Peer [P2P] Empowerment Online Sessions

Facilitator: Chinyere Okoli - The Sista Fund [Co-hosts: Stephanie Napier & Emily Donkin]

On April 17th, FEW Japan was delighted to host the third session in our 2024–25 Peer-2-Peer series: "Invest in Yourself: Building Your Road to Financial Independence," led by the inspiring Chinyere Okoli. With the empowering tagline "Live life on your own terms," the workshop focused on helping women take control of their financial lives with clarity, confidence, and purpose. Chinyere, the founder of The Sista Fund, is dedicated to helping women save smart, invest wisely, and build generational wealth. Financial topics can be intimidating for some, but Chinyere brought her financial expertise with such warm, encouraging energy that she immediately set the tone for open and honest dialogue.

The session began by exploring our personal money mindsets—how our experiences, upbringing, and beliefs shape the way we manage our finances. Chinyere guided participants through thoughtful reflection activities and engaging breakout room discussions where attendees could share and learn from one another. By identifying common money blocks and emotional patterns around spending, we were able to challenge old narratives and start reshaping how we think about wealth and success. It was powerful to see so many participants connect over shared experiences and walk away with renewed self-awareness and a more positive outlook toward money.

From there, the focus shifted to practical skills and tools to support financial growth. Chinyere introduced some user-friendly budgeting frameworks and highlighted helpful financial apps, offering guidance on how to track income and expenses in a way that supports long-term goals. Discussions on how to manage increased income, develop better spending habits, and approach debt strategically were especially useful. Participants also explored the topic of when to prioritize debt repayment versus saving or investing—an often confusing area that was made much clearer through Chinyere’s practical explanations.

Throughout the evening, what stood out most was the supportive and non-judgmental space created by Chinyere and embraced by all who attended. Women shared their stories, asked important questions, and encouraged one another in a community of trust. It was a reminder that financial conversations don’t have to be intimidating or isolating—they can be empowering and even joyful when approached in the right environment.

We’re incredibly grateful to Chinyere for her time, knowledge, and the compassionate way she guided the workshop. Her passion for helping women achieve financial freedom is both inspiring and impactful. Thank you as well to all of our members who joined us and contributed to such a rich and meaningful session. We look forward to seeing you at our upcoming events, including our Members Meeting on May 15th and the final Peer-2-Peer session of the year on May 29th. Until then, we encourage you to keep investing in yourselves -you deserve it.

If you are interested in exploring the topics covered in Chinyere’s session further, we invite you to review the additional resources provided.

2nd Workshop of our Annual Peer-to-Peer [P2P] Empowerment Online Sessions

Facilitator: Rachel Ferguson - RFCC [Co-hosts: Stephanie Napier & Emily Donkin]

On January 16th, FEW Japan members participated in an enriching Peer-to-Peer workshop facilitated by Rachel Ferguson, a seasoned communications coach. The session introduced attendees to the concept of creating two resumes: the professional resume, showcasing education, work experience, and achievements, and the hidden resume, which delves into life experiences, challenges, and personal growth.

A standout takeaway was the reminder to embrace our whole selves when we show up in professional spaces. As Rachel highlighted, it’s not just about achievements—it’s about the journey that shapes who we are today. Through engaging activities and small breakout sessions, participants identified key themes in their personal and professional lives, reframed hardships as growth opportunities, and unearthed patterns and overlooked skills that contribute to their unique value. This workshop emphasized how embracing our full selves — both the parts we gladly share and those we prefer to hide — can enrich the way we connect and communicate, both personally and professionally.

From our participants:

“This session will help you understand all the ways you’re underselling yourself, help you understand your skills, and might even help you identify what you need to do to move your career to the next step.”

“Provides an alternative way of thinking about the skills and experiences I have had and where they fit into the choices I’ve made. Very valuable!!”

“A safe space to look at ourselves objectively whilst being vulnerable to reflect on ourselves as a whole, not just through the 'professional' language of the corporate world, but then channeling our whole to enrich how we can show up 'professionally'.”

“So interesting to connect all the different threads of my life!”

Thank you, Rachel, for leading such a transformative session! Connect with Rachel at her website to learn more about her work.

1st Workshop of our Annual Peer-to-Peer [P2P] Empowerment Online Sessions

Facilitator: Kyoko Takeyama - KT Consulting  [Co-hosts: Blessing Thomas & Christine Brown]

On October 14th, FEW Japan members joined an inspiring Peer-to-Peer workshop led by Kyoko Takeyama, a coach specializing in empowering creative communicators. First, we checked in with what we each perceive to be our greatest challenges in communication before exploring how we could get clarity on what we want to say so that we can streamline our process, and then discussed how to express ourselves through effective storytelling.

The session also introduced the CLEAR framework, which we were guided through step by step. This framework supports us stepping into the spotlight to communicate with confidence. The workshop provided practical tools to amplify voices online, onstage, or in professional settings, helping attendees shine in their careers and through personal growth.

The CLEAR Framework:

C - Competence

L - Legend

E - Enlightenment

A - Articulate

R - Radiance

Participants explored how to:

  • Identify their unique strengths.
  • Develop impactful messaging.
  • Share authentic stories that resonate.

Most professionals have difficulty speaking publicly about their expertise. Kyoko shows you how to intellectually and emotionally connect with your people so you and your career grow. Born to Japanese parents in New York and living most of her adulthood in Barcelona, she has spent her life deciphering English, Japanese, and Spanish messages to find that communication is more than speaking aloud. Kyoko has a B.A. and M.A. in Communications and works with global companies such as Autodesk, Domestika, and TEDx. When she’s not giving speeches, workshops, and coaching, she runs, paints, and sings. She welcomes people to connect on LinkedIn and talk about them and sincerely believes, if you’re great at what you do, the world needs to know about it!

What you Missed…

FEW’s Winter Cocktail Event at The Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Otemachi

FEW Japan held our second regional gathering of the year set against the stunning backdrop of the sunset view from the 39th floor of The Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Otemachi’s restaurant Pigneto,. Located within Tokyo’s financial district, the rooftop terrace has incredible views of the Tokyo Imperial Palace and downtown Tokyo. Our corporate sustaining member generously gave us the opportunity to use their space for this intimate gathering of like-minded women.

As the sun went down and the lights of the city started to twinkle, an incredible view of Mt. Fuji presented itself. Participants talked and laughed as they enjoyed the delicious food, unique drinks, and cozy atmosphere, with many exclamations of joy upon finding out all the interests we have in common.  Events like these serve to remind us of the incredible womxn that live and work in Tokyo and the surrounding area.  It was especially wonderful to have the opportunity to meet so many new FEW Japan members, with this being their first in-person experience since joining.

We look forward to holding more in-person and hybrid events in the future for members to connect, support and empower one another.

Shinnenkai 2025 Event Recap

What you Missed… FEW Japan held the annual Shinnenkai Event

FEW Japan held our annual Shinnenkai on Friday, January 31st, at the Code Chrysalis office in Roppongi. This gathering served as an important platform for FEW’s Corporate and Non-Profit Organizational Members, who served as panelists on an educational and impactful panel discussion. After networking over a delicious dinner catered by Kiwi Kitchen, participants listened as our esteemed panelists shared their strategies and insights regarding the implementation of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives, underlining the significance of incorporating diverse perspectives in the workplace and the benefits of doing so. The evening finished with an opportunity for more networking and a fun photo opportunity - check out the photos below!

Key Takeaways

  • In the context of today's complex political landscape, Japan stands poised to harness both challenges and opportunities. The nation can emerge as a leader, providing guidance and strength to others in the integration of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives within the workplace. This proactive approach not only fosters a more inclusive environment but also sets a standard for global best practices in organizational culture.
  • The implementation of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives within organizations has resulted in significant, measurable outcomes, as shared by our panelists. These outcomes include a notable increase in hiring rates, enhanced employee retention, and the cultivation of a more inclusive and safe work environment.
  • The inclusion of diverse perspectives and experiences within organizations plays a crucial role in fostering innovation and enhancing customer service quality. By embracing a variety of viewpoints, businesses can leverage creativity and address customer needs more effectively, ultimately leading to improved outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Diversity of perspectives and experience within organizations also contributes to increased innovation and overall better customer service.
  • In the long term, everyone gains from inclusive organizational structures that benefit employees.
