Peer 2 Peer|Let’s Talk Health: Mind, Body, Strength
A Women’s Health Workshop
How can strengthening the connection between mind and body support long-term health and resilience?
We often push through our days without checking in with our bodies. Over time, this disconnect can leave us feeling tired, tense, or out of balance. Learning to reconnect can help us build strength, resilience, and a more sustainable approach to our health.
In this workshop, Angela, a fitness industry director and founder of Across Fitness, will guide participants through an interactive session combining discussion, light mobility focused movement, stretching & breathwork. Through simple, accessible exercises and group reflection, you’ll explore how to architect a strong mind and body for your long-term well-being.
The session will include opportunities to connect with others, share experiences, and move your body in a supportive, welcoming environment.
