CODE CHRYSALIS was founded in 2017 by Kani Munidasa and Yan Fan with the mission of changing the way software engineers are being trained in Asia and advocating for innovation through diversity and inclusion.

The software engineering bootcamps conducted by Code Chrysalis in Tokyo help individuals gain coding skills and make career changes, and help companies upskill their teams.

“As an entrepreneur in Japan, it's great to have organisations like FEW Japan championing for diversity and inclusion and providing a platform for women to seek support. At Code Chrysalis, we share similar missions of empowering women and together, I hope our organizations can be a part of the change we wish to see in Japan.” Yan Fan, CTO
